- What is a dream?
Dreams give us images that relate yesterday to today.
- What is the most important thing about dreams? What we do with them.
- Do your dreams help you?
- Do you remember your dreams?
It takes just a few minutes to forget or remember dreams
- HOW TO REMEMBER DREAMS INSIGHTFULLY?
When you are first aware that you are awake, with eyes still closed, write about the dream.
- Wouldn't an app be better than writing?
Nowadays you might expect that an app is best. Dr. Garfield found that dream memory is more vivid by writing with eyes closed vs. speaking.
- How can you write about dreams with eyes closed?
The writing guides of MY DREAM GUIDES can help you to write legibly with eyes closed—while still seeing your dream with sight inward (i.e. insightfully).
- HOW TO UNDERSTAND DREAMS INSIGHTFULLY?
Most of what you write with MY DREAM GUIDES is readable. WHAT ISN'T READABLE IS WHERE UNDERSTANDING (INSIGHTS) HAPPEN.
- Huh?
Per the process of the "Guide To Insights" (reverse side of "My Dream Guides"), figure out what you intended to write that isn't readable. This stops judgmental thinking. Then, insights often just appear as thoughts, while your brain is working to figure out what you intended to write.
- What is the value of these insights?
- Dreams give us images that relate yesterday to today. The most important thing about dreams is what we do with them.
- Example of a valuable nightmare dream:
Monday, I ate candy. 20 minutes later I had a toothache.
Tuesday, the dentist pulled my aching tooth.
Thursday, I dreamed that I destroyed half of my teeth with my fingernails.' I remembered that dream image.
Many years later, I still see that image at will to settle myself down to avoid eating those enticing things that can destroy my teeth, etc.
- Will this work for you?
Sure. MY DREAM GUIDES can be YOUR DREAM GUIDES. Just use the laminated writing template with cut-out writing guides and 2 procedures: "My Dream Guides" and "Guide to Insights". It's quick to learn and easy to use.

- CLOSING COMMENT
For many people dreams are like the ad slogan, "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas". Please, don't be like that. What happens in dreams should not stay in the bedroom. When you find an insight from last night's dream, you can use the insight, make that change and have a dream-come-true day.
